Senior Manager, Accounting Team Lead

This fully remote leadership role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality accounting delivery across a portfolio of client engagements. You will lead, coach, and develop Client Leads and accounting professionals while maintaining strong technical and professional standards. The role combines people leadership, client service, accounting expertise, capacity planning, and quality management. You will serve as an escalation point for complex delivery, client, and resourcing challenges while helping your team solve problems independently. Working in a distributed professional services environment, you will establish clear expectations and create operating rhythms that keep teams accountable and effective. You will maintain direct client exposure to stay technically current and model the standards expected across the team.
