As a Senior Franchise Business Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor and coach to a portfolio of regional franchise operators across a growing service-based network. You will help franchisees strengthen operational performance, financial results, sales execution, and customer engagement. The role combines business consulting, data analysis, process improvement, training, and hands-on field support. You will use KPIs and financial insights to identify challenges, develop practical action plans, and drive measurable improvements. You will also help standardize processes and introduce tools that improve consistency, scalability, and efficiency. With regular field visits and close collaboration across internal teams, you will play a key role in supporting long-term franchisee success.
