Principal IT Analyst - Veeva RIM

This is a senior technology role focused on the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Veeva Vault RIM. You will serve as a key techno-functional expert, translating business needs into scalable solutions within a regulated life sciences environment. The role combines hands-on application expertise, technical leadership, business process knowledge, and strategic technology planning. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, project managers, and external technology partners to deliver complex initiatives. Your work will support system modernization, regulatory compliance, user experience, integrations, and reliable service delivery. You will also help evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, and identify opportunities to improve application performance and business processes.
