Customer Tax Account Specialist

This role provides specialized Canadian payroll tax services and customer support to a dedicated portfolio of customers. You will manage daily casework, research complex payroll tax questions, and provide practical guidance tailored to customer needs. The position includes responsibility for tax remittances and year-end processing, including T4, T4A, Relevé 1, and Relevé 2 activities. You will build ongoing customer relationships, lead customer calls, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex requests. Success requires strong knowledge of Canadian multi-jurisdiction payroll tax requirements and exceptional attention to accuracy and deadlines.
