Contractor Senior Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contractor Senior Recruiter based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to support the growth of an international external talent organization focused on specialized technology professionals. You will own end-to-end sourcing, screening, and coordination of contract talent across SAP, JDE, and related technical domains. The position combines strategic sourcing, stakeholder partnership, candidate engagement, negotiation, and recruitment operations. You will work across global talent markets, including North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and South America. Your work will directly support client delivery by ensuring the right technical professionals are identified, qualified, and presented efficiently. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where organization, responsiveness, and candidate experience are highly valued. The role also offers exposure to modern recruitment practices, automation, and AI-enabled approaches to talent delivery.
