Accounting Senior Manager - CPG Team Lead

This is a fully remote leadership opportunity focused on driving consistent, high-quality accounting delivery across a portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients. You will lead and develop a team of Client Leads and accounting professionals while maintaining accountability for team performance, quality, and client outcomes. The role combines people leadership, technical accounting expertise, client escalation support, and capacity management in a fast-moving professional services environment. You will coach leaders through complex CPG challenges including trade promotions, deductions, inventory, landed costs, multi-channel revenue, and margin pressure. Success requires the ability to lead effectively in a remote environment, establish high standards, and develop team members without creating dependency. You will maintain selective hands-on client involvement to stay close to CPG accounting complexities and provide credible guidance when high-stakes situations arise.
